Who reads my email?
I do. I'm Aman Jha, the founder of Couprix. There is no support team or ticket system in between.
Can I suggest a coupon code?
Yes. Send the code and where it comes from. It goes live only after I have tested it at a real checkout, like every other code on the site.
Where do I report a plugin bug?
On the Couprix support forum at WordPress.org. Include your WordPress version, your theme and the steps that trigger the problem.
Do you publish paid reviews?
No. Brands can suggest a product, but they cannot pay for a review or a rating. Affiliate links are disclosed on every article.
How fast are errors corrected?
Confirmed errors in prices or codes are usually fixed within 24 hours, as set out in the editorial guidelines.
